Delivery with elevator : Delivery day and time: Monday to Saturday (11am to 7pm), except public holidays, there are designated days and times for delivery in different areas, delivery service is limited to fixed addresses, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan, Discovery Bay (single delivery location) is subject to a surcharge of $200 per delivery. For remote areas, there will be an additional surcharge/push fee, which will be negotiated by the staff by phone, and if there is no elevator directly to the delivery address, an additional $50 surcharge will be charged according to each floor
