Elevator delivery included: Delivery days and times: Monday to Saturday (11 a.m. to 7 a.m.), excluding public holidays. Different regions have designated delivery dates and times. Discovery Bay (single delivery location) will incur a surcharge of $200 per order. Additional surcharges/push charges are required in remote areas. Details will be discussed separately by calling our staff. If the delivery address is not directly accessible by elevator, we will charge an additional $50 surcharge based on each floor.
