Airhood cordless range hood

Airhood's popular project with over 4,000 backers on Indiegogo and Kickstart is the first wireless range hood that has attracted multiple media attention.

Designed by French designer Maxime Augay, AirHood is designed for older homes or buildings where range hoods cannot be installed to reduce odor accumulation or grease contamination, and to avoid triggering smoke sensor alarms due to poor ventilation. As long as it is placed next to a gas stove or induction cooker, its exhaust fan can suck away the oil fumes before they float too far.
