Sipffee PNG beans come from the pristine Okappa district of the Eastern Highlands Province, located on a plateau at an altitude of 1800 meters. Coffee in Papua New Guinea is known for its ideal coffee-growing climate, pollution-free environment, and rich volcanic soil. The coffee is organically grown by local farmers and undergoes a careful and rigorous quality control process. The beans are harvested by hand, with only the ripeest berries harvested to provide a rich and balanced acidity and sweetness, and are inspected to ensure that there are no defective beans. Most of the green beans on the market have 30% defects, but Sipffee's carefully selected green beans have near-zero defects. After harvesting, it is processed by traditional methods, hand-washed in mountain streams, dried in the highland basin, and exposed to the sun throughout the process, which makes the coffee more flavorful and creates a very special aroma and taste. This bean is roasted by default to a medium-light roast, resulting in a full-bodied, well-balanced and long finish. The coffee beans are roasted locally in Hong Kong and freshly roasted every week or even every day to ensure quality. Sipffee went through many trials before it was launched on the market, and is committed to providing coffee lovers with the highest quality Arabica coffee.
