Choosing Delivery Method and Checking Out

Selecting delivery method: The delivery method will depend on the specific products.
- Pick-up point: Choose a location for pick-up.
- Home delivery: Provide a delivery address.
Selecting payment method: Multiple electronic payment options are supported.
After completing the payment, the receipt will be sent to you via email for confirmation. If you do not receive our confirmation email, please check your spam folder.

Waiting for Pick-up or Delivery

For pick-up orders: The pick-up QR code will be sent to you by PickMe via email. Please be patient (usually within 3-5 working days) and then proceed to the selected pick-up point for collection. If you have not received the QR code, it means the product is still being prepared.
For delivery orders: In general, the supplier will contact you within 5 working days to arrange delivery to the specified address.
