Abashiri Beer's Hokkaido Glacier Lemon Liqueur brings the blue of the Sea of Okhotsk in the Western Pacific to a liqueur.
This Lemon Sour is made using the winter drift ice from Abashiri City in Hokkaido as brewing water, adding lemon juice and salt from the Sea of Okhotsk.
It has a refreshing taste and goes well with a variety of dishes.
